Inter-agency Coordination
within the United Nations System
- ACC
- The Administrative Committee on Coordination
is a standing committee to supervise the implementation of the agreements
between the United Nations and the Specialized Agencies, to ensure the
coordination of the programmes approved by the governing bodies of the
various organizations of the United Nations system and, more generally,
to promote cooperation within the system in the pursuit of the common goals
of Member States.
- ISSC
- The Information Systems Co-ordination
Committee was established by the Administrative Committee for Co-ordination
(ACC) reporting through the Organizational Committee (OC)
- ICC
- The United Nations International Computing
Centre was established in Geneva on 1 March 1971 as a cooperative set up,
providing a wide range of Computing and Communication Services, working
on a cost recovery basis, to its Users worldwide.
