The last portion of a Toastmasters meeting is the meeting evaluation portion, led by the General Evaluator. Clubs have a variety of ways of conducting the evaluation portion of the meeting, but in general, it will include the following parts.

The General Evaluator delivers a brief speech, discussing what went well at the meeting and what could have been improved. For example, this might include some of the following points:

The General Evaluator calls on the individual speech evaluators - one per speaker.

The General Evaluator calls on each of the following members, for their reports - Timer, Word Master, Grammarian and Ah Counter.
