Stuffed Mushrooms


Mushrooms
2 cups Italian style bread crumbs
1 garlic clove (minced)
Butter
Fresh or canned crab meat (shredded)

Wash mushrooms and drain on a paper towel.
Cut stems in small pieces.
Mix bread crumbs, stems and garlic.
Add crabmeant and 2-3 tablespoons of melted butter.
Moisten mix with just enough water to hold it together.
Put mushrooms on cookie tray and grease slightly.
Add a small dab of butter in mushroom cap beefore filling.
Fill mushrooms with stuffing to golf ball size.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
