Crescent Cheese Stollen
- 1 pkg. (8) crescent rolls
- 1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar, mixed with 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 egg
- cinnamon
- Beat well all ingredients except crescent rolls, and cinnamon
- Lay out the 8 rolls on an ungreaded cookie sheet to form a rectangle, pinching edges together well.
- Pour filling down the middle of the dough.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over top of cheese mixture.
- Bring edges of dough up all around the filling.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Makes 8 servings
