Really Easy Cheesecake

1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
2-8oz. packages cream cheese, softened
1-14oz. can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
1-8oz. container sour cream

Preheat oven to 300 degrees

In a saucepan or micro wave, melt butter, stir in cracker crumbs and sugar. Pat firmly into the bottom of a buttered 9" springform pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, eggs and salt until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and pour immediately into prepared pan.

Bake 50-55 minutes until cake springs back when lightly touched in the center. Turn oven off. Spread sour cream on cheesecake. Let cake cool in oven 1 hour. Chill- remove sides from pan and serve.
