INCIDENT COMMAND

Probably one of the greatest pleasures of living in a small town is the fact that you know almost everyone in and around town, and interact with many of them on a regular basis. That same reason is probably the toughest part of being a firefighter, EMS provider or police officer in a small town. Every time the alarm sounds it is almost certain that you will know the victim(s) involved.

Sunday. May 15th.3:47 pm

The driver was ejected and pinned beneath his classic truck after running off the left side of the highway and hitting a culvert.

Thursday, April 29th. 9:08 pm.

A family returnes home from a highschool baseball game to find heave smoke pouring from their farm home.

Monday, April 5th 9:00 A.M.

These two pickups collide on highway 183. The driver of the white truck is killed and three men (all employees of the local Farmers Co-op) riding in the red truck are critically injured.

 

Thursday, April 1st 8:07 pm

The owner comes home from work to find this rural mobile home on fire. due to darkness and the isolated setting the fire went unreported for some time.

 

 

Sunday, March 21st 10:39A.M.

Firemen respond to this one vehicle accident on a county road between Custer City and Thomas. The driver fortunately, suffered relatively minor injuries.
