The Giraffe is native to Africa. It is the tallest animal in the world.

It has two small horns on top of the head, with another small horn between the eyes. Sometimes there are two more small horns on the back of the head.

Giraffes eat leaves and and their coloring helps hide them as they stand beside trees.

A giraffe can run thirty miles an hour when frightened.
