Month 5
Week 18
This week I made up a bedtime routine to follow to improve my beauty and health and have less stress. Yours, of course, will be different. Here's mine:
Do a quick pick up of the house
Put breakfast dishes out
Lay out clothes and things for tommorow
Brush teeth
Wash face, take off eye makeup
Write in my journal
Pray, Bible study and plan for tommorow
Suggestions to do and not to do before bed
The Reward: Go to the beach
Week 19
This week will be the morning routine:
Read something inspirational and pray
Exercise and stretch
Take a shower
Eat a good breakfast
Do dishes and clean up
Get kids ready for school
The Reward: Spend time outside this weekend
Week 20
Have a mono-food fast once this week. You can choose from brown rice or fruit smoothies all day. And drink lots of water. Or you can have an all liquid day where you drink water, juice, have smoothies, eat soup. These fasts can help cleanse your system. The Reward: Buy some rollerblades
Week 21
Forgive. In my journal, I will write everyone I feel has wronged me in some way, including myself. Then I will forgive each and every one. Afterwards, I will light the paper on fire. Why is this in a health week? Because when we don't forgive, we are angry and stressed. Our bodies get tense and our energy sapped. Forgiving will let vitality in.
