Week 35
They say good posture makes you look 10 pounds thinner. Sounds great to me. I would love to look thinner without exercise or eating less. Yoga also helps your posture. You will automatically stand straighter and be more graceful. I will also put post-its by my desk and other places to remind me of my posture.

The Reward: Play some computer games I haven't played in awhile (while sitting ergonomically correct, of course.)
Week 36
I will practice deep breathing 3 times a day. Deep breathing relieves stress, makes your head clearer, and gives you more energy. To remind me I will put a note in my health journal. I may also put it on an alarm I have on my computer.

Week 37
I will eat fruit every morning. It will help pack more calories in the day, rather than at night. It will also help make sure I get my daily requirements of 2-3 servings of fruit a day. In my health journal I will put a section for fruit in the morning and put a check by it every day I eat fruit for breakfast.

Week 38
I will get 8 hours of sleep a night. I will even turn in early one night to catch up on some sleep I have missed throughout the years.

Week 39
I will try meditation and see if it will relax me and is uselful for my health. Everyone is different and some people may actually get more stressed by trying to meditate. I'll try it for a week about 15-20 minutes a night. I will check mediation times off in my journal.
