Team Responsibility & Respect

The coaches determine what will be done at practice, you need to RESPECT this! All team members, regardless of level, are RESPONSIBLE to follow the practice plan.

If you arrive late, it is your RESPONSIBILITY to report to the coach or coaches in charge and get assigned to a squad. You then go with that squad immediately. If  you need to warm-up, you should do it at the event where your squad is working.

If, for a valid reason such as injury or illness,  you are unable to do a specific event, you should show  RESPECT for the coach or coaches at that event and go to all coaches at that event and explain. Ask for alternative activities or conditioning that you can do.

If, for a valid reason, you must leave before practice is over, show RESPECT and tell the coach or coaches at the events you will miss that you are leaving early and explain why. It is your RESPONSIBILITY to make up for time missed on specific events.
