My Research on the Bell's
The Bell's are linked to my family by a marriage between Cyrus West Field Wilcox and Agnes Chevalier Bell. Agnes was a first generation American, her father having been born in Great Britain (not exactly sure where yet but the rumor has it that he was born in Manchester). Agnes (or Tiny Gram, as she became known to the family because she was only 4ft. 11 in. tall!) was born in Milltown, NJ and later moved to Naugatuck, CT with her family. She met and married Cyrus there. Research on this particular line has been difficult because everyone who would have specific memories of the Bell family is inaccessible or deceased. I hope to begin further research on this line shortly.
