A Ponderance of Life
As I sit and ponder what Life holds true, All of my thoughts are drawn toward you. There is a smile on my face that readily shows The Love in my heart that flourishes and grows Yes, it was apparent from the very start That you, my Love, had won my heart. Although we are separated by many a mile, I know you will be HOME in just a short while. The days pass rather slowly, or so it seems, But every night you are here, in my dreams. One great day this year you asked for my hand. It was then I became aware and could understand Just what my live would have in store. Sharing OUR love and so much more. So began the greatest moment of my life, The day I agreed to become your wife. I have said it before and know that it is true, I have fallen very deeply in Love with you. And on that great day when we say, "I Do," You will become one with me, and I one with you. When that day comes the heavens will sing, Knowing the happiness and joy it will bring. I know in my heart that you are the one. Thanks to you, my Life has just begun.
