I enjoy reading just about anything. Lately I have been reading a lot of computer books, and not much else. I do have a list of favorite books and authors that I will share with you.
J.O.B The Comedy of Justice By Robert H. Heinleine My very good friend Scott Stone recomended this book to me. Scott and I love to get into some really heavy discussings about religion, life, and political matters. J. O. B The Comedy of Justice pretty much covers all these areas. Scott and I really enjoyed discussing this book.
Joshua By Joseph F. Girzone After reading J.O.B. The Comedy of Justice I recomended Joshua to Scott. Joseph F. Grizone has written other great books but this is the one that I had on hand at the time, and I find it to be one of the best. Scott and I spent many hours discussing this book.
The Handmaid's Tale By Margaret Atwood This was a book that was asigned reading in a womens literature class that I took. The teacher and I discussed the book in depth but the other members of the class did not care that much about the book. I recomened The Handmaid's Tale to Scott and he really enjoyed it as much as I did.
A Bed By The Window By Peck, Morgan Scott, M.D ( author of The Road Less Traveled.) I found this book one day at my local library. I had read The Road Less Traveled but did not know that Peck, Morgan Scott, M.D written any fiction. It's a great book.
The thing that I like most about the above books is they give you a lot to think about. They are also great books to discuss.
The Bastard John Jakes writes remarkable fast but I found myself waiting with great anticipation for each one to be published. From there I continued to read books by John Jakes.
As for computer books I read books from Sams publishers. I am currently reading Dynamic HTML Unleased. They have Teach Yourself books on just about any computer subject. I find thier books to be more helpful than the Dummie books.
