Look to your fonts. 

Something or someone has either changed the specified font in your FTW.INI file, or somehow damaged or deleted the specified (or defaulted) font. 

Make a copy of your FTW.ini file for backup. 

Check your FTW.ini file. Look for a "TabsFont=" entry. If there is none, or one with a semicolon (;) as the first character, add or change to: 

    TabsFont=Arial
(The semicolon causes the statement to be treated as commentary only. Removing the semicolon "activates" it.) You will see a section containing various other options, including the FamilyPageFont. This is the place for the above statement. 

If you still have a problem, this may be a malfunction of your video driver.
