| I create a special
book within each file for just this purpose. I title the book " About...".
The Title Page of the book is automatically supplied, but is really just
a Text Item, so I rename that and use it to contain a description of the
file. I also include a gross chronological log of significant actions.
I also keep special reports here that I have no intention of publishing,
but are strictly included here for my convenience. Special Kinship Reports
often fall into this category. |
| Note the leading space in the title. Since
the list of books in the file is sorted by title, this one will appear
at the top of the list. |
