The women come from all walks of life and must be 18 years or older. They are referred by other agencies, justice system, treatment centers or are self-referred. The program is funded by the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services, which makes women and children from anywhere in Ohio eligible to participate. Each woman is there for 90-day period.
