ROAST TURKEY WITH KIWIS L'ORANGE

1 pk Boneless fresh turkey
-breast roast -- about 2 lb
1/2 c Orange juice
1/2 ts White pepper
1/4 ts Pumpkin pie spice
1/4 ts Salt
-----FRUIT SAUCE-----
1 c Orange juice
4 ts Cornstarch
1/4 c Dry sherry wine
1 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Margerine
1/2 ts Onion powder
1 ea Kiwifruit -- to 2, peeled
-sliced 1/4 inch thick
11 oz Can mandarin orange segments
-drained
Heat oven 350. Place turkey breast roast in 9x9 or
11x7 inch baking pan. Pour orange juice over turkey;
sprinkle with pepper, marjoram and salt. Cover loosely
with foil. Roast at 350 for 1 hour; basting
occasionally. Remove foil. Roast an additional 15 to
30 mins or until thermometer pops up. Let roast stand
10 mins before slicing.
During the last 30 mins of roasting, prepare fruit
sauce. In medium saucepan, combine orange juice and
cornstarch; blend well. Cook and stir over med high
heat until mixture bubbles and thickens. Remove from
heat; stir in sherry, soy sauce, margerine and onion
powder. Gently fold in kiwifruit and orange segments.
Heat over low heat 1 minute. Serve sauce with turkey.
