BARBECUED TUNA WITH LEMON BUTTER- ADELPHIA

3 lb Tuna steaks -- *see note
6 sl Bacon
1/2 c Butter
1 Cl Garlic -- minced
1/4 c Lemon juice
2 tb Fresh parsley -- minced

Shark, Marlin or Swordfish
Wrap 1 strip of bacon around the circumference of each
steak and secure with a toothpick. Melt butter, stir
in garlic, lemon juice and parsley. Set aside. Grease
grates of a preheated grill and place steaks about 6
inches above the coals. Brush with lemon butter,
baste and cook. Turn only once and baste several times
until fish becomes opaque. Allow 10 minutes per inch
of thickness. 5 minutes per side for a 1-inch steak.
May also be done in a broiler.
