                             BASIC BEER MOP *

  12       oz           Beer
     1/2   c            Cider vinegar
     1/2   c            Water
     1/4   c            Canola or corn oil
     1/2   md           Onion -- chopped
   2                    Garlic cloves -- minced
   1       tb           Worcestershire sauce
   1       tb           Wild willy's rub *

  * Recipe included, or use another dry rub or seasoning
  that complements the flavor of your dish.
  
  Combine the ingredients in a saucepan.  Heat the mop
  and use it warm. Yield:  Makes about 3 cups.
  
  Authors NOTE:  Anything from Texas brisket to Boston
  butt will happily lap up this brew.
