                     CITRUS 'N HONEY GRILLED CHICKEN

   2                    Frying chicken -- cut up
   1       t            Salt
                        ***marinade***
     1/4   c            Lemon juice
     1/4   c            Orange juice
     1/4   c            Honey
   2       tb           Oil
   1       tb           Mustard
     1/4   ts           Thyme
     1/4   ts           Marjoram

  Recipe by: Sue Klapper - KCXJ08A Place chicken pieces
  in large saucepan or Dutch oven.  Add salt and enough
  water to cover. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.  Cover;
  simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat; drain. In 9 x 13
  glass baking dish or palstic bag, combine all marinade
  ingredients; blend well. Add chicken; turn to coat.
  Cover dish or seal bag; refrigerate 2 to 4 hours,
  turning several times. Drain chicken; reserve
  marinade. Heat grill. When ready to barbecue, place
  chicken on gass grill over medium-low heat or on
  charcoal grill about 4 to 6 inches from medium coals;
  brush with marinade.  Cook 15 to 22 minutes or until
  chicken is fork tender and juices run clear, turning
  and brushing frequently with reserved marinade.
  Discard any remaining marinade.
