                           Bbq Teriyaki Sticks

   2                    London Broils -- (2 to 3)
                        Teriyaki Sauce -- (1 bottle)
                        Ginger
   2      Tablespoons   lime juice
   2      Tablespoons   Olive Oil -- (2 to 3)
                        Onion powder
   2      Tablespoons   Red Wine Vinegar -- (2 to 3)
                        a Large Ziploc Bag
                        Bamboo Skewers

                                                            
For a BBQ Party -- these are the biggest hit with us when   
we have guests...                                           
                                                            
Cut the London Broil into 1/4 inch strips.  In a bowl, pour 
in the teriyaki sauce, sprinkle in ginger (taste to your    
liking).  Add the olive oil, the vinegar, lime juice and    
sprinkle in some onion powder.                              
Put the slices of meat in the Ziploc Bag.  Pour the         
marinade into the bag, making sure all the slices of meat   
are covered completely with marinade.  Refrigerate          
overnight.                                                  
The next day, thread each slice of London Broil through a   
Bamboo Skewer and cook them on a hot BBQ Grill.
