                        DEEP FRIED CHICKEN PIECES

                        -Toriniku Tasta-age
   1       lb           Chicken breast
     1/2   sm           Clove garlic -- minced
   1       tb           Soy sauce
   1       tb           Sake
                        Potato starch
   1       t            Ginger juice
                        Oil -- for deep fat frying
                        Lemon wedges

   1. Cut the chicken into one mouthful sized piecs 2.
  Marinate chicken pieces in ginger juice, garlic, soy,
  and sake for at least 20 minutes (I do mine early in
  the day and let them sit in the refrigerator) 3. Roll
  chicken piecs in potato starch then fry a few pieces
  at a time, cook until golden 4. Serve with a wedge of
  lemon.
