                          Stir-Fried Veggie Pita

   1                    Zucchini -- julilenned
   1       sm           Eggplant -- julienned
   1       md           Red onion -- julienned
     1/2   ts           Cumin
                        Black pepper
   1       c            Non-fat mozzarella -- shredded

  Stir-fry veggies in oil until tender-crisp. Add cumin
  and pepper. Stuff into pitas. Add some cheese.
