                          FILET MIGNON MIRABEAU

   4                    1 inch filet mignon steaks
   8                    Stuffed green olives
                        Sliced for garnish
                        Anchovy butter
   2                    2 oz cans anchovies
     1/2   c            Softened butter
   1       cl           Garlic, crushed
   1       t            Cognac
                        Salt and pepper

  Drain the anchovies and place them in cold water. Soak
  for 10 minutes, then drain again. Pat dry with paper
  towels. Place anchovies, butter, garlic, cognac and
  pepper in a blender. Process until smooth. Place in a
  small bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
  
  Grill steaks to desired doneness. Season to taste.
  
  Dot with anchovy butter and garnish with sliced
  olives. Serve
