10 md To 12 md-sized tart apples
3/4 c Fresh cranberries -- rinsed
2/3 c Granulated sugar
Topping:
3/4 c All-purpose flour
Packed
6 tb Unsalted butter -- melted
Such as Granny Smith
3 tb All-purpose flour
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 c Rolled oats
2/3 c Dark brown sugar -- firmly
3/4 c Pecans -- chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and core apples then
slice lengthwise 1/4-inch thick. In a bowl, toss

Combine the oats, flour, brown sugar and pecans in a

Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the topping is
golden, the filling is bubbling and the apples are
