Can you see the other Blackhawk?
Our students get a demonstration of formation flight. The Air Force defines an Army helicopter formation flight as "two helicopters going to the same place on the same day". That's pretty accurate by their standards. We try not to ever let the distance between us be any less than 2 rotor diameters. That's CW3 Daryl Maupin on the controls.
