Santa was good this year.
Christmas morning at Grandma Barbara and Grandpa Mick's.
The kids struck paydirt by coming to Oregon for Christmas '97. Instead of having to mail presents to them, the Grandparents got to watch the kids open the presents in each of their own homes. We bought some extra luggage so that we could bring all the "loot" home with us plus we left all of our coats and cold weather clothes in Oregon to make more room for the toys. Those clothes had no purpose when we lived in Hawaii and just got moldy sitting in our humid closets. This was only four months before I shaved my head.
