On Saturday morning, April 9th, occurred the death of Amaziah Armstrong, an aged resident of over eighty years. He had not been feeling well for some time, but kept around until last week, when he caught a severe cold which terminated in pneumonia. He lived only a few days. Funeral services were held Monday at the home of his son, J. L. Armstrong, conducted by the Rev. H. H. Ream of Constantia Center.
