Mrs. Frances Peglow, 74, wife of George C. Peglow, died this morning at her home, 701 W. Embargo St., after a one-week illness.
Born in Annsville Aug. 22, 1873 she was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Armstrong. On Nov. 12, 1896, in Rome, she was married to Mr. Peglow by the late Rev. C. A. Weigel, pastor of St. John's Lutheran Church. Last year the couple celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary.
Mrs. Peglow had lived in Rome since her marriage. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and its Ladies Aid Society.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Vincent Gallivan, Maple Heights, O. and Mrs. Edward Kilgrass, Rochester; two sons, Howard F. Peglow, Rome, and George E. Peglow, Cleveland, O.; a sister, Mrs. Minnie Stage, Lee; two brothers, David and James Armstrong, Lee, and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at her late home, 701 W. Embargo St., Friday at 1:45 p.m. and at St. John's Lutheran Church at 2:30. Interment in Rome Cemetery.
