William E. Lock, 68 years old, and a brother of George B. Lock, of 428 Taylor Ave., was found dead
in bed at the home of his brother, with whom he resided, last Saturday morning, March 26th. Cerebro-
hemorrhage was given as the cause of death, as Mr. Lock had not complained of any illness whatsoever
and had attended to his business the day before.
A Masonic funeral was held on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Lock, the
deceased having been a member of Dearborn Lodge, A. F. and A. M. of Chicago.
Rev. C. A. Bloomquist of the Methodist Church assisted in the services and vocal numbers were song by
Mmes. John Wine and Inez Hubbard Hicks. Burial was at Fairmont Cemetery, near Willow Springs.
Mr. Lock is survived by four brothers and a sister. The sister, Mrs. Ella Richardson, of Syracuse, N.Y.
and a brother H. S. Lock, of Lake Odessa, Mich. came to Glen Ellyn for the funeral.
