It won’t be the same without you sitting in your cabin; yet, right next to us. You praised us even when we accomplished something minute, and gave us another chance when we goofed up. You showed us how to work hard without feeling the burden. You made our office a place we looked forward to go to… Not many bosses can boast of having achieved this. Instead of lashing out or shouting, you asked us to sit with you and explained our mistakes; you guided us and shared your vast experience.
