There's a day set aside
For all to give thanks

Mom's in the kitchen
Dad's pulling pranks

The turkey is roasting
The pies are all done

Parades are on t.v.
It's a day full of fun

Lord, help us remember
That all this is fine

But why wait till November
Let us give thanks all the time
