2. Start taking a multivitamin.
3. Purchase some small condiment size bowls.
4. Start drinking lots of water. (1/2 your body weight in ounces of water or at least 64 ounces a day.)
5. Start thinking about Non-Food Rewards to give yourself when you accomplish short term goals.
6. Start reading nutrition labels.
