COCKTAIL MEATBALLS |
| 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes 1 small onion grated 1 clove garlic crushed |
| 2 eggs beaten 2 pounds of ground beef salt & pepper to taste |
| 1 bottle of chili sauce 6 oz. jar of grape jelly juice of 1 lemon |
| Combined first 6 ingredients together. Shape into 1/2 inch balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake at 500 degrees until browned (this will not take long keep a eye on it ). In a saucepan add chili sauce and grape jelly and lemon juice. Mix until well blended over low heat. Add browned meatballs to the mixture. Pour into a fondue pot or crock-pot this must be kept warm for the best taste and serve |
