Title: 1 Potato, 2 Potato Picnic Salad

MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 tb White wine venegar
1/2 ts Dijon mustard
1/4 ts Sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
MMMMM---------------------------SALAD--------------------------------
4 sm Red potatoes,cooked&drained
6 Walnust,coarsely chopped
2 Green onions, sl diagonally
2 tb Dill, fresh, chopped
Or
1 ts Dried dillweed
Lettuce leaves
1) In medium bowl, mix dressing ingredients.
2) Cube hot potatoes and add to bowl with dressing. Toss. Cool,
tossing occasionally.
3) Add nuts, onions & dill. Toss again. Srve at room temperature in
lettuce lined bowl.
