MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Nutty Crunchers
 Categories: Desserts, Snacks
      Yield: 2 servings
 
      2 sl Whole wheat bread
      1 c  Corn flakes
    1/4 c  Creamy peanut butter
      1 tb Oil
 
  Toast the bread in a toaster. Cut each slice into 4 1inch wide
  sticks. Set aside.  Put the cornflakes in a plastic bag. Close the
  bag. Using a rolling pin or your hands, crush the cornflakes. Spread
  the crushed cornflakes in a thick layer on a piece of waxed paper.
  Put the peanut butter and oil into a 2 cup measuring cup. Do not
  cover. Cook on high for 1 minute. Stir with a rubber scraper. Scrape
  mixture onto a small plate. Roll the toast sticks in the peanut
  butter mixture, then roll in cornflakes. Cool on a rack. Makes 8
  sticks.
