      7 lg Shredded wheat biscuits                          
      3 tb Granulated sugar replacement                     
      2 ts Almond extract                                   
      2    Egg whites

    Crumble biscuits into blender; work into a powder.      
  Combine with remaining ingredients in large mixing        
  bowl or food processor.  Work with wooden spoon or        
  steel blade until completely blended; mixture will be     
  sticky.  Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.  form into         
  walnut-size balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet and    
  bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.                     
    YIELD:  40 pieces
