8 oz Box no-sugar chocolate cake

2 1/2 tb Water
1 tb Almond extract
60 Almond halves, toasted

JRACKHAM. Combine cake mix, water and almond extract
in bowl. Beat until thoroughly blended. Drop by
teasponfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Press an
almond half into top of each cookie. Bake at 350
degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.
Yield: 60 cookies
Exchanges: 2 cookies: 1/3 bread, 2/5 fat
Calories: 2 cookies: 28
PERSONAL NOTE: If you want to decrease the fat
content - leave the almonds off the cookies. Also -
the original recipe only had 36 almonds listed in the
ingredients - so since the recipe yields 60 cookies I
increased it in the ingredient list.
