1 ts Unflavored gelatin
3/4 c Cold milk
1/2 c Creamy peanut butter
6 Shredded wheat biscuits
1 Recipe Semisweet Dipping
-Chocolate

Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup of the cold milk; set aside.
Combine peanut butter and remaining milk in top of
double boiler and place over hot - NOT BOILING -
water. Cook and stir until smooth. Add soaked
gelatin, cook and stir until gelatin is completely
dissolved and smooth. Place 1 shredded wheat biscuit
in peanut butter mixture. Turn to coat both sides and
place on very lightly greased waxed paper. Repeat
with remaining biscuits. Allow to firm and cool; dip
in semisweet dipping chocolate.
YIELD: 6 bars
