Title: Easy Broiled Chicken

4 sm Chicken thighs,skinned
Garlic powder
Italian herbs
Paprika
1) Preheat broiler. Arrange chicken pieces in one layer in broiler
pan.
2) Sprinkle with seasonings.
3) Broil 10 minutes.
4) Turn and season on other side. Broil another 10 minutes, or until
tender.
NOTE:
Try other seasonings for variation, such as Dijon mustard, rosemary
and lemon juice, but always include paprika as this gives color to the
chicken. In fact, it's almost impossible to tell the skin has been
removed.
