  1 1/2    To
      2 lb Turkey, ground
      1 lb Carrots, fresh
     10 oz Peas; frozen
     10 oz Corn; frozen
      6    Green onions; chopped
      8 sm Red potatoes with skin
      1 bn Broccoli; fresh
      4 md Tomatoes
      6    Celery stalks
      1 ts Black pepper
      2 cn V-8 Juice (46 ounce cans)
 
  1) Brown turkey in large stock pot. Drain excess fat.
  
  2) Cut all vegetables into bite sized pieces. Add to turkey.
  
  3) Add pepper and V-8 juice. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer,
  covered, for approximately 4 to 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  
  
  DAM/FM counts:
  2 protein, 1 starch, 2 vegetable, 1 star/extra
