      Title: Comforting Barbecue Sauce - Justin Wilson

      Yield: 25 servings
 
      4 c  Chopped Onions
      1 c  Chopped Celery
      1 c  Chopped Bell Pepper
      1 c  Chopped Fresh Parsley
      1 c  Peanut Oil
      2 tb Chopped Garlic
      3 c  Steak Sauce
    1/2 c  Tabasco Sauce
      3 c  Catsup
      3 ts Salt
      1 c  Southern Comfort
 
  In a large skillet, saute onions, celery, bell pepper and parsley in
  peanutoil until onions are clear and tender. Add garlic and cook a
  little longer. Add steak sauce, Tabasco Sauce and catsup. Salt to
  taste. Add Southern Comfort. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and cover.
  Cook for 2-3 hours. This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for
  several weeks. This recipe makes 3 quarts to one gallon of sauce.
