Chicken Casserole

  • 4 cups cooked chicken (cut in bit size pieces)
  • 1 (6 1/4 oz) of Uncle Ben's white and wild rice. Cooked as directed with seasoning package.
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 (4 oz.) can of sliced water chestnuts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 cup real Mayonnaise
Mix the soup and mayonnaise, add remaining ingredients and pour into a 9x13 pan. Cover and refrigerate over night.
Bake for 90 minutes at 325 degrees.
