1. James¹ HAGAN was born circa 1810. James died 1889 no. 14032 in Sale, Victoria, Aus, at 79 years of age.

He married Mary JOHNSTONE in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl, 7 November 1831. Mary was born in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl circa 1814. Mary was the daughter of James ("Longfield") JOHNSTONE and Jane (Jenny) HUNTER. Mary died 1874 no. 6069 at 60 years of age.

James HAGAN and Mary JOHNSTONE had the following children:

2 i. Robert² HAGAN was born in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl 11 March 1833. He was christened in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl, 24 March 1833.

3 ii. John HAGAN was born in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl 8 November 1834. John died 1873 no. 10365 at 38 years of age. He married Mary CARR in Sale, Victoria, Aus, 8 March 1864. Mary was born in Maneroo, NSW, Aus. 8 March 1841. Mary was the daughter of James CARR and Ann BROWN.

He was christened in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl, 7 December 1834.

+ 4 iii. Edward HAGAN was born 10 February 1837.

+ 5 iv. James White HAGAN was born 1 January 1839.

6 v. Charles Johnstone HAGAN was born in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl 3 June 1840. He was christened in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl, 5 July 1840.

7 vi. Eliza HAGAN was born in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl 23 April 1842. She married John WILSON. (See John WILSON for the continuation of this line.)

She was christened in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl, 5 June 1842.

8 vii. Jannett HAGAN was born in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl 6 January 1844. She was christened in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl, 20 January 1844.

9 viii. Thomas HAGAN was born in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl 11 September 1845. He was christened in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl, 13 December 1845.

10 ix. Daniel HAGAN was born in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl 25 August 1847. He was christened in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl, 3 September 1847.

11 x. Agnes HAGAN was born in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl 22 May 1849. She was christened in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl, 10 June 1850.
