31. Zion⁴ Flanery (Thomas³, John², Thomas¹) was born Lee Co. VA April 6, 1814. Zion died 1864 at 50 years of age.

He married Lucinda Shepherd Lee Co. VA, December 11, 1834. Lucinda was born May 15, 1816.

Zion Flanery and Lucinda Shepherd had the following children:

124 i. Martin V.B.⁵ Flanery was born September 15, 1836.

125 ii. Mary Ann Flanery was born March 4, 1838.

126 iii. James Silas Flanery was born April 18, 1840.

127 iv. Levi T. Flanery was born March 3, 1842.

+ 128 v. Rebecca Jane Flanery was born December 16, 1844.

129 vi. Melvina M. Flanery was born May 10, 1847. She married twice. She married Ervin. She married Athe Boniers.

130 vii. John William Flanery was born July 24, 1849. He married Mary Cecil Flanery.

131 viii. Mack P. Flanery was born April 10, 1851.

132 ix. George Zion Flanery was born September 22, 1856.

+ 133 x. Horace Hepolean Flanery was born December 28, 1858.
