He married twice. He married Louisa Bailey. Louisa was born August 15, 1842. Louisa died April 15, 1871 at 28 years of age. He married Sarah Hickman. Sarah was born October 22, 1850. Sarah died September 18, 1910 at 59 years of age.

David Crockett Flanery and Louisa Bailey had the following children:

+ 403 ii. Martha Frances Flanery was born June 11, 1867.

+ 404 iii. Mary Lettie Flanery was born August 23, 1869.

David Crockett Flanery and Sarah Hickman had the following children:

+ 405 iv. Nancy Belle Flanery was born October 3, 1873.

+ 406 v. Silas Jackson Flanery was born February 7, 1875.

407 vi. John Hamblin Flanery was born September 24, 1876. John died June 25, 1891 at 14 years of age.

408 vii. Ollie Myrtle Flanery was born circa 1882. She married William Rivers.

+ 409 viii. Sally Alice Flanery was born September 19, 1884.

410 ix. Sallie Alice Flanery was born September 19, 1884.

411 x. Vista Rebecca Flanery was born September 1, 1886. Vista died October 26, 1889 at 3 years of age.
