He married Mary Jane Flanery 1880. Mary was born 1864. Mary was the daughter of Samuel Hampton "Hamp" Flanery and Nancy Ann Brandenburg. Mary died 1944 at 80 years of age.

614 v. Edna Pendleton was born March 13, 1888. Edna died January 28, 1935 at 46 years of age. She married Lucian R. Porter May 1910.

615 vi. Nannie Pendleton was born 1895. She married Millard H. Acorn August 1915.

616 vii. Charles J. Pendleton was born April 28, 1897. Charles died October 10, 1918 at 21 years of age. He married Mavis Goe January 1918.

617 viii. Mattie Pendleton was born 1900. She married M. Galeb Mckinney February 1922.

618 ix. Bertha Pendleton was born 1907.
