| Building Permits: | These are required for any type of
construction inside City limits. To apply for a building permit, you must provide:
- Four (4) copies of the building plans
- One (1) copy of the platt
- The fair market value of the building and land
- The names and addresses of the Contractor, Plumber, Electrician, and Mechanical Engineer
Charges:
- $3 per $1000 of fair market value
- $25 temporary electrical service permit
- $25 electrical permit
- $25 plumbing inspection
- $25 Mechanical inspection
- $20 plan review fee
