ane3, b. Rochester 18 Mar 1704/5;
d. perhaps in Sharon, Conn., after 5 May 1760; named in the deeds
of her father and brothers (above), and she was still unmarried
in 1732 when David Besse was to be responsible for the payment of
her legacy of £5. This suggests that David Besse was closely
related to the Landers family. He married Mary Pray; when he died
in 1739 he left a widow Mary. The will of Benjamin Landers calls
Jane "sister Jane Bessey"; hence we suggest that she
married David Besses brother Joshua (Nehemiah2,
Anthony1) who was living in Wareham in
1742 and who seems to be the only putative husband for her. [Lydia

Also have birth as 18 Mar 1703/4 in Sandwich, Barnstable, MA. [Descendants of William Kirby]
