Here are reviews on a few books that I have recently read. I read books that are old and new, not only what is on the best seller list. Some of these are old favorites and some are new treasures. I will strive to find an image to go along with the book, in case you would like to read it as well. At this time, there are no links to bookstores from my site.

TOXIN by Robin Cook
This is a scary book. I am a fan of Robin Cook and this novel is VERY good. What is so scary about this book is that the happenings are all too possible. This book centers around the meat industry and how far up corruption can go.
We have a doctor who watches his own daughter die from ecoli and his quest to find the person(s) responsible for the bad meat.
This book was one that was hard to put down. It will make you think twice about fast food burgers, as well. Although I personally found this to be an excellent novel, I would not recommend this book to anyone with a weak stomach.
